Saturday
11.30 am Coach leaves hotel for Airewas NMA.
1.0 pm Lunch followed by guided tour of National Memorial Arboretum.
5.00 pm Coach arrives back at hotel.
5,30 pm RAFBEPA private bar open
7.30 pm Dinner in the Garden Suite
12 midnight Butlers Bar open till late

Sunday
Breakfast followed by AGM at 10.00 a.m.
